Nomination Form for Businesses

Grounds for Hope will honor individuals, organizations and programs who put their faith into action and bring hope to our community. This form is for nominations of commercial organizations or programs that are NOT eligible for our “Outreach of the year”.

Selected nominees will be honored at the Grounds for Hope events this Fall. They will be invited to be honored guests at our Celebration event and will be invited to our awards event as well where stories will be shared and winners will be announced. Both events will have live and virtual components.

In the application below, tell us a story that inspires you about business you are nominating, and why your nominee should be honored. Nominations will be judged by the inspiring stories of how your nominee puts their faith into action. Help us share stories that inspire and encourage others!

Please note: You may make as many nominations as you like. Outside nominations and self nominations of organizations are both encouraged and compliment each other for our judges consideration.

Nomination deadline is: March 28, 2022.

We will accept nominations though a grace period extending to April 4th, but nominations submitted during this time may not receive invites to the Celebration Event on April 5th
